This wine shows expressive notes of Granny Smith apple, honeysuckle, and straw on the bouquet. After a few minutes in your glass, hints of fresh cut herbs, wet rock and dried apricot will be more noticeable in the aroma. At room temperature, intriguing floral notes and perfumey tones will come to life, with accents of toasty oak in the back ground.
Ripe stone fruit, along with great minerality, linger in the mouth feel, with bright acidity framing the balanced palate. The “sweet” fruit notes are being enhanced by just enough viscosity, and integrate beautifully with subtle oak to deliver a long, pleasant finish.

This Semillon can stand alone and can be bright, lively and refreshing, but will be even better with dishes such roasted chicken with lemon and tarragon, grilled pork chops or shellfish cooked in a cream sauce.
